Order Cancellation
To provide you with the freshest pizza and food items, we start preparing your order shortly after it has been confirmed. If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 5 minutes of placing the order by contacting our team at +39 06 678 7759. After this timeframe, cancellations are not guaranteed and may be subject to a full charge.
Quality Issues
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with the quality of your purchase, please contact us within 2 hours of receipt, explaining the issue, and we'll be happy to assist you. Keep in mind that refunds for quality issues are at the discretion of the management and may be issued as a full or partial refund or store credit.
Incorrect Order

Non-Refundable Items
Custom orders or specialty items made to your specific requests are non-refundable unless there is a quality issue or an error on our part.

Eligible refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days upon confirmation of the refund. If the original method of payment is unavailable, we will provide a credit for use at EverlastingDiscoveries valid for one year from the date of the issue.

Refund Exceptions
Certain situations are outside of our control and may not qualify for a refund. These include, but are not limited to, incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, non-collection of the order, and unforeseen circumstances that are not attributable to EverlastingDiscoveries.
