'EverlastingDiscoveries started from a single aspiration: to introduce bona fide Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Established by the Rossi lineage in 1985, our pizza place was initially a quaint, family-oriented venture, featuring recipes passed on through generations.
Marco Rossi, our progenitor, mastered the craft of pizza during her explorations in Italy, learning from renowned pizza makers in Naples—the cradle of pizza. After her return to the UK, she aimed to replicate the enchantment of genuine Italian pizza, employing age-old techniques and premium ingredients.
What commenced as a humble 12-seat eatery has expanded into a cherished community focal point, with our fidelity to excellence and genuineness persisting. We still practice traditional wood-fired oven baking, prepare our dough from scratch every day, and seek out the top-notch ingredients accessible.
Currently, 'EverlastingDiscoveries' is still in the caring hands of the Rossi family, with the next generation directing our fervent crew. Although we have welcomed some contemporary advancements, the essence of our operation is unchanged: producing delectable, authentic pizza that unites our patrons.
